VNA Community Healthcare is a Medicare-certified state licensed home health service providing skilled nursing, home health aide and rehabilitation therapy services in patients' homes. Community services include vaccination clinics, health education classes, health promotion courses including exercise, nutrition and stress management as well as programs that support family caregiver needs. Services are provided to Connecticut's shoreline communities from East Haven to Old Saybrook.
